- Have the potential to become a best of breed enterprise in its sector, and achieve global breadth and reach within a 3 year time frame.
- Managed by a strong team of senior executives with proven track records supported by well-known, highly regarded industry experts on the board of directors and advisory board.
- Be capable of achieving an annual ROI exceeding 30% and premium valuations equal to a multiple of at least 10 on initial investment at the time of sale or other liquidity event.
